PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS
Those wishing to obtain electronic or hard copies of public records (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR STUDENT RECORDS), must complete a Public Records Request Form, and submit it to Public Information Officer, Jackie Tisdell, at Jackie.Tisdell@apsb.org.
STUDENT RECORDS REQUESTS (TRANSCRIPTS)
Those wishing to obtain electronic or hard copies of student records, must contact the last school in which enrolled. Scroll down to the page footer and click on the school name for contact information. Please note, there are strict limitations on who is allowed access to student records.

MEDIA COVERAGE OF SCHOOLS
Per Board policy, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall serve as the spokesperson for the Ascension Parish School Board and school district. Ascension Public Schools welcomes the opportunity to work with members of the media to cover events and stories on its campuses. Members of the media must be credentialed through the Louisiana Press Association and receive prior approval from the Superintendent or the Public Information Office to be allowed on a school campus. Exceptions to this include events open to the general public such as athletic competitions.
